When you call our clinic, you will either speak with one of us directly, or, if we are tied up with a patient, you will be connected directly to our answering machine. Messages are checked at least three times daily, and all calls are returned as soon as possible. In general, all calls left by 4pm will be returned by 8 pm that evening, though occasionally emergencies will derail even the best laid plans. In such case, calls will be returned the following business day. Please always feel free to call back and leave an additional message should you need to speak to Dr. Ekstrom more urgently, but remember that emergency calls should always be directed to a local emergency hospital (see Services). Scheduling
For routine calls, please call 3-5 days before your desired appointment
day. For convenience, calls can be scheduled out a month in advance. Sick
pets will be seen on a more immediate basis. Please leave a detailed message
about your pet, and we will try and work you into the existing schedule
as soon as possible.Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of each call. This policy allows us to
spend less time on paperwork and billing so we can spend more time with
your pet! For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, MasterCard, and
